Shipping policy

SMALL BATCH ITEMS - All our hand-made apparel orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS - All our items that are printed and shipped from manufacturers in the United States usually ship in about 7-10 business days.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 FREE ALBUQUERQUE DELIVERY

Free, same-day door step delivery is available for jewelry items only, because all other items are print-on-demand, so I don't have them in stock. Just place your order before 5:00pm. We can deliver your jewelry if your total order is over $30. Your order can include both hand-made and print-on-demand items to reach the $30 minimum. We can deliver to all Albuquerque sections.

Deliveries are made from 11:00am-5:30pm any day of the week. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you after your package is on your door step.

 International Shipping

 Currently, we don't offer International Shipping, but I'm working toward have it available by late 2021.

 WHERE'S MY ORDER?

How do If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at merch@moonshinenm.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
